摘 要:通过优化色谱条件、样品前处理步骤及固相萃取条件,建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱法同时检测水或沉积物中头孢吡肟、头孢羟氨苄、头孢氨苄和头孢呋辛的方法.在最优色谱条件下,4种头孢类抗生素在8min内可实现完全分离.实验结果表明:4种头孢类抗生素在0.02~2mg/L之间线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.997;沉积物样品中4种头孢类抗生素的方法检出限和定量限分别为0.1~0.8,0.33~2.67μg/kg,空白加标回收率和实际加标回收率分别为87%~104%,55%~82%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为3.50%~4.68%,3.79%~4.88%;水样中4种头孢类抗生素的方法检出限和定量限分别为2~16,7~53ng/L,空白加标回收率和实际加标回收率分别为63%~96%,61%~77%,RSD分别为3.50%~3.89%,3.67%~4.23%.该方法简单快捷、准确可靠、成本低,适用于水或沉积物中4种头孢类抗生素的同时测定.The solid phase extraction and ultra performance liquid chromatography method was established to simultaneously detect cefepime,cefadroxil,cefalexin and cefuroxime in water or sediment by optimizing chromatographic conditions,sample pretreatment steps and solid phase extraction conditions.Under the optimal chromatographic conditions,the complete separation of four cephalosporin antibiotics can be achieved within 8 minutes.The experimental results showed that the four cephalosporin antibiotics had a good linear relationship between 0.02~2 mg/L,and the corresponding correlation coefficients(R^(2))were greater than 0.997.The detection limits and quantification limits for four cephalosporin antibiotics in sediment samples are 0.1~0.8,0.33~2.67μg/kg,respectively.The blank spiked recovery rates and actual spiked recovery rates are 87%~104%and 55%~82%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 3.50%~4.68%and 3.79%~4.88%,respectively.The detection limits and quantification limits for four cephalosporin antibiotics in water samples are 2~16,7~53 ng/L,respectively.The blank spiked recovery rates and actual spiked recovery rates are 63%~96%and 61%~77%,with the RSDs of 3.50%~3.89%and 3.67%~4.23%,respectively.This method is simple,fast,accurate,reliable,cost-effective and suitable for simultaneous determination of four cephalosporin antibiotics in water or sediment.
