摘 要:开发高效、低耗和环保的废水处理技术及装置具有重要的经济和社会效益。针对小微型企业的废水处理需求,提出并搭建了基于热泵的新型废水浓缩系统,通过低温蒸发实现废水浓缩减量处理,实验探究了空气流量、废水流量及废水温度等对系统浓缩特性的影响。结果表明:随着空气流量增加,废水浓缩量随之增加,浓缩效率下降;废水流量和废水温度的提高均能使废水浓缩量和浓缩效率上升;系统的能效随着空气温度的升高和水温的降低而增大;本实验工况范围内,系统的最佳工况点为空气流量550m^(3)/h,废水流量1.7m/s,废水温度45℃,最佳工作点下系统的能效系数可达7以上,废水浓缩量可达10.6L/h。The development of high-efficiency,low-consumption and environmentally friendly wastewater treatment technologies and devices has important economic and social benefits.In this paper,considering the wastewater treatment needs of small and micro-enterprises,a new heat pump wastewater concentration system is proposed and constructed to achieve wastewater concentration and reduction through low-temperature evaporation,and the effects of air flow,wastewater flow and wastewater temperature on the concentration characteristics of the system are experimentally investigated.The results showed that under the experimental conditions,as the air flow rate is increased,the wastewater concentration volume is increased and the concentration efficiency is decreased;the increases of both the wastewater flow rate and the wastewater temperature can lead to the increases of the wastewater concentration volume and the concentration efficiency;the energy efficiency of the experimental system is increased with the increase of air temperature and the decrease of water temperature.The air flow rate of 550m^(3)/h,wastewater flow rate of 1.7m/s and wastewater temperature of 45℃are the optimal working conditions of the system,and the wastewater concentration volume can reach 10.6 L/h with the system energy efficiency coefficient of over 7.0.
