生成式人工智能“物质—话语”分析路径及发展进路

摘　　要：2022年“生成式AI元年”出现,生成式人工智能崭露头角成为时兴的生产工具和言说对象,其被广泛纳入社会各界讨论的同时,也带动了“AI+学科”的研究浪潮。从ChatGPT出现以来新闻传播学高水平学术期刊发表的相关论文中不难发现,学界对生成式AI进行了一系列文本性、话语性分析,但对技术实体的讨论相对匮乏。研究认为应进一步关注传媒基础设施理论以完善学科研究理论框架,提出了新闻传播学领域面向生成式AI研究的“物质形式—话语建构”分析框架,并分层次提出了值得学科深度关注的待解之题。在物质层面,应关注数据对生成式AI的“打底”功能,通过建设高质量中文媒体语料库提升对生成式AI的控制力与影响力;在话语层面,重视生成式AI通过“知识再塑”定义知识,从而定义普遍性的战略能力。In 2022,the“Year of Generative AI”emerged,and generative artificial intelligence emerged as a popular production tool and discourse object,widely discussed in various sectors of society and driving the research wave of“AI+discipline”.The study focuses on relevant papers published in highlevel academic journals in journalism and communication since the emergence of ChatGPT.It is found that the academic community has conducted a series of textual and discursive analyses on generative AI,but there is a relative lack of discussion on the technical entities involved.The study suggests that further attention should be paid to the theory of media infrastructure to improve the theoretical framework of disciplinary research.A“material form-discourse construction”analysis framework for generative AI research in the field of journalism and communication has been proposed,and unresolved issues worthy of in-depth attention from the discipline have been identified at different levels.At the material level,attention should be paid to the“foundational”function of data on generative AI,and the control and influence of generative AI should be enhanced through the construction of high-quality Chinese media corpora.At the discourse level,emphasis is placed on generative AI defining knowledge through“knowledge reshaping”,indirectly defining universal strategic capabilities.
