摘 要:鉴于煤矿行业对安全性和环境保护标准的日益严格,采用具备高度安全与环保特性的新能源防爆运输设备已成为该领域的发展趋势,因此优化煤矿新能源防爆车辆的动力系统对于增强其性能及确保作业安全至关重要。本文首先介绍了动力系统的组成及其工作原理,随后探讨了实现煤矿新能源防爆车动力系统最佳匹配的关键要素,并提出了几项改进措施。研究发现:通过科学合理地调整动力配置和实施优化策略,不仅可以显著提高车辆的工作效率,还能延长动力组件的服务寿命,减少能源消耗,促进煤矿防爆运输工具向着更加智能化和环境友好的方向演进,为推动煤炭产业的绿色转型提供技术支持。In view of the increasingly strict safety and environmental protection standards in the coal mining industry,the use of new energy explosion-proof transportation equipment with high safety and environmental protection characteristics has become a development trend in this field.Optimizing the power system of new energy explosion-proof vehicles in coal mines is crucial for enhancing their performance and ensuring opera-tional safety.This article first introduces the composition and working principle of the power system,and then explores the key elements for achieving the optimal matching of the power system of coal mine new energy explosion-proof vehicles,and proposes several improvement measures.Research has found that by scientifi-cally and reasonably adjusting power configuration and implementing optimization strategies,not only can vehicle work efficiency be significantly improved,but the service life of power components can also be extended,energy consumption can be reduced,and coal mine explosion-proof transportation vehicles can be promoted towards a more intelligent and environmentally friendly direction,providing technical support for pro-moting the green transformation of the coal industry.
