摘 要:煤炭开采长期处于高风险环境中,特别是在深层采矿作业中,因此车辆运输系统成为矿山运营不可或缺的装备,其安全性能、稳定性和效率直接影响煤炭开采的生产效能及人员的生命安全。鉴于环境保护标准日益提高与科技发展的推动,采用新能源技术的防爆型车辆以其环保特性、更高的安全性与工作效率,成为煤炭工业领域内的一个新兴趋势。而作为车辆关键组成部分之一的底盘系统,对确保车辆行驶性能、安全保障与工作效率至关重要。本文探讨了煤矿新能源防爆车辆底盘系统设计与性能优化,以促进矿山运输体系的技术革新。Coal mining has been in a high-risk environment for a long time,especially in deep mining opera-tions,so the vehicle transportation system has become an indispensable equipment for mine operation.Its safety performance,stability and efficiency directly affect the production efficiency of coal mining and the life safety of personnel.In view of the increasing improvement of environmental protection standards and the promotion of scientific and technological development,explosion-proof vehicles using new energy technology have become a new trend in the field of coal industry with their environmental protection characteristics,higher safety and work efficiency.As one of the key components of the vehicle,the chassis system is very important to ensure the driving performance,safety and work efficiency of the vehicle.This paper discusses the design and performance optimization of the chassis system of new energy explosion-proof vehicles in coal mines,in order to promote the technical innovation of the mine transportation system.
