摘　　要：针对车用齿轮油孔加工时易产生毛刺翻边问题,提出了一种汽车齿轮零件加工钻孔去毛刺一体化装置,介绍了该装置的动作原理,设计了机械结构及其控制系统。该装置可实现齿轮油孔加工过程中的可调定位、高效柔性钻孔、自动毛刺翻边清理并收集等工艺过程在同一设备上完成,为相关行业油孔自动化加工提供参考。In view of the problem of burr and deformation easily occurring during the processing of gear oil holes,a integrated device for drilling and deburring of automobile gear parts is proposed.The working principle of the device is introduced,the mechanical structure is designed,and its control system is designed.This device can complete the adjustable positioning,high-efficiency flexible drilling,automatic burr and deformation clean-ing and collection during the processing of gear holes on one machine.It provides a reference for the automa-tion processing of oil holes in related industries.
