摘 要:机动车轮胎压力监测系统是保障行车安全的重要组成部分。本文通过对直接式和间接式两种主流检测技术进行性能分析,建立了包含精度指标、时间指标和可靠性指标的评价体系。实验结果表明:直接式检测在0~450 kPa量程范围内保持0.5级精度等级,测量误差控制在±3 kPa以内;间接式检测虽然集成度高,但精度等级仅达到2.5级。环境影响测试显示,温度、振动和电磁干扰是影响系统可靠性的主要因素。基于实验数据,本文针对不同检测方式的应用场景提出了优化建议,为提升轮胎压力监测系统性能提供了技术支撑。Motor vehicle tyre pressure monitoring system is an important part of ensuring driving safety.This paper analyses the performance of the two mainstream detection technologies,direct and indirect,and estab-lishes an evaluation system that includes precision indicators,time indicators and reliability indicators.The experimental results show that:the direct detection maintains 0.5 level of accuracy within the range of 0~450 kPa,and the measurement error is controlled within±3 kPa;the indirect detection only reaches 2.5 level of accuracy despite its high integration.In addition,the environmental impact test shows that temperature,vibra-tion and electromagnetic interference are the main factors affecting the reliability of the system.Based on the experimental data,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the application scenarios of different detection methods,which provides technical support for improving the performance of the tyre pressure moni-toring system.
