摘　　要：汽车座椅作为车内重要的部件,是与座舱乘员直接接触的部件之一,起到支撑、保护乘员等作用。目前,世界各国对汽车座椅对乘员的保护均有相应要求,且均包含了吸能性试验要求。按照目前行业对评价指标细化的需求,研究人员按照当前通用的试验方法,对不同类型的座椅进行了吸能性试验,并通过对吸能结果的数据分析,发现其结果符合正态分布情况。通过结合上一年度数据试验结果正态分布的情况,进一步细化了吸能性等级评价。As an important part of the car,the vehicle seat is one of the parts in direct contact with the occu-pants,playing a role in supporting and protecting the occupants.At present,all countries in the world have rel-evant requirements for the protection of car seats for occupants,and all of them include energy absorption test requirements.In accordance with the current industry demand for evaluation index refinement,the researchers carried out energy absorption tests on different types of seats according to the current common test methods,and found that the results conformed to the normal distribution situation through the data analysis of the energy absorption results.By combining the normal distribution of the test results with the previous year's data,the energy absorption rating evaluation was further refined.
