摘  要:本文研究了橡胶化合物改良与轮胎效能增强的深度联系,对橡胶配方的天然橡胶、增强填充系统、硫化网络等核心要素进行剖析,研究发现,配方的精细调适对增强轮胎的耐磨损性、防滑性、滚动阻力、操纵稳定性等方面具有决定性作用,因此通过优化橡胶配方,不仅可以增强轮胎的整体性能,还能显著增加其使用寿命,从而提升驾驶安全性和乘坐舒适度。此外,本文还讨论了橡胶配方创新技术在轮胎生产行业的实践应用和市场潜力,提出了行业未来发展的策略。In this paper,the deep relationship between the improvement of rubber compounds and the enhance-ment of tire efficiency is studied,and the core elements of the rubber formulation,such as natural rubber,rein-forced filling system,and vulcanization network,are analyzed,and it is found that the fine adjustment of the formula plays a decisive role in enhancing the wear resistance,anti-slip resistance,rolling resistance,and han-dling stability of the tire,so that by optimizing the rubber formulation,it can not only enhance the overall per-formance of the tire,but also significantly increase its service life,thereby improving driving safety and ride comfort.In addition,this paper also discusses the practical application and market potential of rubber formula-tion innovation technology in the tire production industry,and proposes strategies for the future development of the industry.
