摘 要:本文针对新能源汽车发动机设计中的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)控制与热效率提升问题,提出了一种协同优化方法。通过构建协同优化模型,本研究在确保发动机热效率提升的同时,实现了对噪声和振动的有效控制。研究采用数值模拟与试验验证相结合的方法,结果表明:优化后的发动机热效率平均提升了约5%,噪声水平降低了3~5 dB,振动幅度减少了10%左右,验证了协同优化的可行性和实用性。该研究为新能源汽车发动机设计提供了新的优化思路和工程应用参考,具有提升整车能效和舒适度的实际价值。In this paper,a collaborative optimization method is proposed for noise,vibration and acoustic rough-ness(NVH)control and thermal efficiency improvement in new energy vehicle engine design.By building a col-laborative optimization model,this research realizes the effective control of noise and vibration while ensuring the improvement of engine thermal efficiency.The results show that the optimized engine thermal efficiency is increased by about 5%on average,the noise level is reduced by 3-5 dB,and the vibration amplitude is reduced by about 10%,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of collaborative optimization.The research pro-vides a new optimization idea and engineering application reference for the engine design of new energy vehicles,and has practical value to improve the energy efficiency and comfort of the vehicle.
