摘　　要：发动机在运行过程中主轴承盖承担着支撑曲轴、传递动力以及维持曲轴旋转精度的关键使命,一旦主轴承盖发生断裂,将直接导致发动机内部机械结构的严重损坏,使发动机瞬间停止运转。基于此,本文聚焦发动机主轴承盖断裂问题,深入剖析其多方面成因,提出严格选料、精准制造、规范装配以及合理使用与定期维护等策略,以保障发动机主轴承盖的可靠性,提升发动机整体运行的稳定性与安全性,降低因主轴承盖断裂导致的故障风险与经济损失,为发动机相关领域的技术改进与故障防范提供理论依据与实践指导。In the process of engine operation,the main bearing cover bears the key mission of supporting the crankshaft,transmitting power and maintaining the rotational accuracy of the crankshaft.Once the main bearing cover is fractured,it will directly lead to serious damage to the internal mechanical structure of the engine,and the engine will stop running instantly.Based on this,this study focuses on the problem of engine main bearing cap fracture,analyzes its causes in depth,and puts forward the strategies of strict material selection,precise manufacturing,standardized assembly,and reasonable use and regular maintenance,etc.,in order to guarantee the reliability of the engine main bearing cap,improve the stability and safety of the engine's overall operation,and reduce the risk of failures and economic losses due to the fracture of the main bearing cap,and provide comprehensive theoretical and practical solutions for the technical improvement and failure prevention of the engine-related fields.It provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the technical improvement and fault prevention in engine-related fields.
