摘　　要：本文以某汽车电驱产线的应用为研究对象,分析了视觉系统的应用场景。视觉系统的种类有很多,在电驱产线上应用很广泛,同时解决了很多自动化设备的痛点。本文介绍了工业视觉系统的定义及主要构成,论证了视觉系统在电驱装配线的优势以及将来的应用场景,阐述了视觉系统在自动化产线发展上的应用趋势。This paper takes the application of an automobile electric drive production line as the research object,and analyzes the application scenarios of the vision system.There are many kinds of vision systems,which are widely used in the electric drive production line and solve the pain points of many automation equipment.This paper introduces the definition and main composition of industrial vision system,demonstrates the advantages and future application scenarios of vision system in electric drive assembly line,and expounds the application trend of vision system in the development of automatic production line.
