摘  要:本文探讨了电动汽车内阻测试方法,旨在提升整车经济性测试的效率。首先,分析了整车阻力的来源,讨论了车辆外形设计对风阻的影响。研究发现,进气格栅、底盘等是影响整车风阻的关键因素,而轮眉、车门把手等则为次要因素。其次,提出了一种利用专用设备进行电动汽车内阻测试的方法,通过对比开发车型与对标车型的内阻发现并解决了内阻偏大的问题。研究结果表明,改进后的测试方法能有效降低汽车能耗,有助于提高电动汽车的经济性和环保性能。This paper discusses the internal resistance test method of electric vehicles,in order to improve the efficiency of vehicle economy test.Firstly,the source of vehicle resistance is analyzed,and the influence of vehicle shape design on wind resistance is discussed.It is found that the air intake grille and chassis are the key factors affecting the wind resistance of the whole vehicle,while the wheel arch and door handle are the second-ary factors.Secondly,a method of using special equipment to test the internal resistance of electric vehicles is proposed.The problem of large internal resistance is found and solved by comparing the internal resistance of the developed model and the benchmark model.The results show that the improved test method can effectively reduce vehicle energy consumption,and help to improve the economy and environmental performance of elec-tric vehicles.
