摘　　要：建立科学的职业技能评定体系能够有效提升汽车维修行业的整体服务水平和技术能力。本文探讨了汽车维修技师职业技能等级评定的必要性、体系框架和评定标准。首先,分析了评定体系对促进行业发展、人才培养、提高维修技师职业素养和服务质量的重要性,以确保维修技术的标准化与规范化。其次,阐述了评定体系的总体结构、技能等级划分和各等级的能力要求。最后,提出了技术操作能力、理论知识考核、职业素养等方面的评定标准。By establishing a scientific occupational skill assessment system,the overall service level and techni-cal capabilities of the automotive repair industry can be effectively improved.This paper explores the necessity,framework,and assessment standards of the occupational skill level evaluation for automotive repair techni-cians.Firstly,it analyzes the importance of the assessment system in promoting industry development,talent cultivation,and enhancing the professional quality and service standards of repair technicians,while ensuring the standardization and regulation of repair techniques.Secondly,it describes the overall structure of the assess-ment system,the classification of skill levels,and the competency requirements for each level.Finally,it pro-poses assessment standards in areas such as technical operation skills,theoretical knowledge evaluation,and professional ethics.
