摘　　要：随着汽车智能化技术的快速发展,传统汽车产业面临着新的变革和挑战,技能型人才的培养也须与时俱进。1+X证书制度为提升人才培养质量提供了新的契机。本文探讨了在1+X证书制度框架下,如何推动汽车智能化领域技能人才的培养,分析了当前汽车智能化人才培养中存在的教育体系滞后、课程设置与行业需求脱节、校企合作松散、实践机会匮乏等问题,并结合行业实际提出了针对性的解决策略,包括定期更新职业技能标准、加强产学研结合、强化实践环节以及采用项目导向式教学模式,以提升汽车智能化领域技能人才培养质量。With the rapid development of automotive intelligent technology,the traditional automotive industry is facing new changes and challenges,and the cultivation of skilled talents must keep pace with the times.The 1+X certificate system provides a new opportunity to improve the quality of talent training.This paper dis-cusses how to promote the cultivation of skilled talents in the field of automotive intelligence under the frame-work of the 1+X certificate system,analyzes the problems existing in the current cultivation of automotive intel-ligence talents,such as the lag of the education system,the disconnection between the curriculum and industry demand,the loose cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the lack of practice opportunities,and puts forward targeted solutions based on the actual situation of the industry,including regularly updating the profes-sional skills standards,strengthening the combination of production,study and research,strengthening the prac-tice link,and adopting the project-oriented teaching mode,in order to improve the quality of skilled talents cul-tivation in the field of automotive intelligence.
