摘　　要：针对进口2575 kW大型直流电机运行过程中电机绝缘老化、机座变形、故障频发等问题,对2575 kW大型直流电机电磁设计、制造工艺进行优化改造,主要包括电机励磁绕组、合口连线、机座结构三大部分技术改造及线圈制造工艺改进,改造后电机的性能指标得到了大大的改善,新制电机满足了生产要求。In view of the problems of aging insulation,frame deformation and frequent faults in the operation of imported 2575 kW large DC motor,the electromagnetic design and manufacturing process of 2575 kW large DC motor are optimized and transformed,mainly including three technical transformations of motor excitation winding,closure connection,frame structure and coil manufacturing process.As a result,the motor performance index has been greatly improved and the new motor meets the production requirements after the transformation.
