摘  要:针对高炉检修时粒化塔耐磨材料无法短时间更换,导致粒化塔更换耐磨材料时需要过长时间休风,造成较大经济损失,因此,提出了利用提前制造出耐磨块的方法来解决粒化塔无法在高炉短时间检修内更换耐磨材料的问题,该方法节约了大量人力资源、材料成本,避免了因高炉更换耐磨材料休风所造成的损失。In view of the inability to replace wear-resistant materials in the granulating tower in a short period of time during blast furnace maintenance,which leads to the fact that the wear-resistant materials of granulating tower need to damp down for a long time resulting in significant economic losses,a method of manufacturing wear-resistant blocks in advance is proposed to solve the problem of the granulating tower being unable to replace wear-resistant materials in a short period of time during blast furnace maintenance.This method saves a lot of human resources and material costs,and avoids losses caused by damping down due to the replacement of wear-resistant materials in the blast furnace.
