摘  要:对385型模块轧机辊缝转动沉重、调整料型难控制造成停机时间延长事故进行分析,针对轧钢工艺技术及辊缝传动装置存在的问题对辊缝调整装置进行了改进,解决了调整辊缝压不动料、调整料型难控制等问题,换辊环及辊缝调整时间控制在30 min以内,减轻了工人劳动强度,为385型模块轧机的稳定运行提供了可靠地保证。This paper analyzes the accident of prolonged downtime of 385 modular rolling mill caused by heavy roll gap rotation and difficult control of adjusting billet shape.In view of the problems existing in rolling technology and roll gap driving device,the roll gap adjusting device is improved to solve the problems of inability of screw-down of billet in adjusting roll gap and difficult control of adjusting billet shape.The adjusting time of roll changing collar and roll gap are controlled within 30 minutes,which reduces the labor intensity of workers and provides reliable guarantee for the stable operation of 385 modular mill.
