摘　　要：液压剪为连铸生产的重要设备,因其高效率、低能耗、零污染的优势,在连铸生产中得到了广泛的运用。首钢长治钢铁有限公司将小方坯连铸机剪切设备由火焰切割机改为液压剪后,生产中存在行走车轮卡阻、剪切油缸缸体破裂等问题,为此,对剪机行走车轮固定方式改造、车轮增加油气润滑、剪机油缸增加限位装置等方式进行优化和改进,延长了液压剪的使用寿命2倍以上。Hydraulic shear is an important equipment in continuous casting production,which has been widely used in continuous casting production because of its advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption and zero pollution.After Shougang Changzhi Steel and Iron Co.,Ltd.changed the shear equipment of billet continuous caster from flame cutting machine to hydraulic shear,there are some problems during production,such as traveling wheel jam and cylinder block cracking of shear cylinder.Therefore,the fixing mode of traveling wheel of shear was transformed,oil-air lubrication of wheels was increased,limit device was added onto oil cylinder of shear etc.,which extends the service life of hydraulic shear by more than twice.
