摘 要:莱钢型钢炼铁厂1880 m^(3)高炉“一罐两喷”喷煤工艺在实际生产过程中,由于单管线喷煤量大等原因,在线检修时间短,设备间检修容易造成高炉停煤生产事故,严重影响高炉生产的连续稳定顺行。本文主要论述了高炉这种喷煤工艺的技术改进,通过采用增加备用输煤管道、加设应急放空管道阀门等5项措施,大大提高了高炉喷煤工艺的稳定性。In the actual production process of“one injection tank for two blast furnaces”coal injection technology for 1880m^(3) blast furnace in Section Steel Iron-making Plant in Laiwu Steel,due to the large amount of coal injection in a single pipeline,the online maintenance time is short,and maintenance in equipment room is easy to cause the production accident of coal injection interruption of blast furnace,which seriously affects the continuous and stable progress of blast furnace production.This paper mainly discusses the technical improvement of coal injection technology for blast furnace.The stability of coal injection technology for blast furnace is greatly improved by adopting five measures,such as adding standby coal transportation pipelines and adding emergency vent pipeline valve.
