摘　　要：活动烟罩作为转炉生产过程中的重要设备,受高温烟气长期冲刷导致其炉口上方冷却水管开裂漏水,当漏水情况严重时需要及时更换。本文介绍了单独更换活动烟罩的难点及作业思路,科学制定更换方案,实现了对转炉活动烟罩快速高效的单独更换作业,更换作业时间由原来的100 h减少至68 h,缩短检修作业时间,确保了生产稳定顺行。As an important equipment in the converter production process,the movable hood is flushed by high-temperature flue gas for a long time,causing the cooling water pipe above the furnace mouth to crack and leak.When the water leakage is serious,it needs to be replaced in time.This paper introduces the difficulties and operation ideas of separately replacing the movable hood,scientifically formulates the replacement scheme.As a result,the rapid and efficient separate replacement operation of the converter movable hood is realized,the replacement operation time is reduced from the original 100 h to 68 h,shortening the maintenance operation time and ensuring the stable and smooth production.
