摘　　要：耙式浓缩机作为选矿产线关键主体设备,其工艺性能的实用性、先进性、高效性直接影响到选矿厂生存能力。研究、优化耙式浓缩机结构形式目的是为了持续保障选矿产品的提产提质、降本增效及生产操作维护安全作业。在浓缩机乃至矿业设备使用性能的提升中,通过对大型国企历年所使用各种浓缩机及主要部件在实践应用中所体现的特点进行分析,不断吸收先进经验,实现持续向自动化、智能化方向发展,达到设备高可开率、低故障率、长周期稳定运行。As a key equipment on beneficiation production line,the practicability,advancement and high efficiency of rake thickener directly affect the viability of beneficiation plant.The purpose of researching and optimizing the structural form of the rake thickener is to continuously ensure the production and quality improvement of beneficiation products,cost reduction and efficiency increase,and safe production operation and maintenance.In the process of improving the performance of thickeners and even mining equipment,by analyzing the characteristics of various thickeners and main components used by large state-owned enterprises over the years in practical applications,we continue to absorb advanced experience and realize the continuous development towards automation and intelligence to achieve high operating rate,low failure rate,and long-term stable operation of equipment.
