摘　　要：介绍了低压变频器的工作原理,针对轧钢厂生产中换辊电机标量控制及平辊、机架辊生产中存在的问题,在轧钢低压变频控制系统中采用变频电机矢量控制及平辊、机架辊智能报警措施,实现了设备稳定运行。This paper introduces the working principle of low-voltage,in view of the problems existing in the scalar control of roll changing motor and the production of flat roll and breast roll in rolling mill production,the vector control of frequency conversion motor and intelligent alarm measures of flat roll and breast roll are adopted in the low-voltage frequency conversion control system of rolling steel.As a result,the stable operation of equipment is realized.
