摘  要:针对翻车机分散管理,物流信息沟通不畅,到厂翻卸不及时导致的机构间的管理流程弊端及货运车厢厂内延占等问题,采取对卸煤2#、新动区2#两台FZ15-100型翻车机迁车台进行同步轴改造,并研究选型确定DT-1电动停车防溜装置的技术方案等措施,实现了主动轮同步运行,消除现存分散驱动动作不协调、控制精度低、稳定性差等缺陷,提高了翻卸后的车辆周转效率;避免车辆潜在溜车的风险。In view of the problems of decentralized management of dumpers,poor communication of logistics information,untimely dumping at the factory,and the problems of inter-department management process drawbacks and delayed occupation of freight carriages in the factory,the synchronous shaft transformation of two transfer platforms of FZ15-100 dumpers of coal unloading 2#and new growth driver area 2#were adopted,and the technical scheme of DT-1 electric parking anti-sliding device was studied and selected to avoid the risk of potential vehicle sliding.
