国内钢制管法兰标准对比及选用分析

摘　　要：钢制管法兰在国内各行各业都得到了广泛应用,但是国内钢制管法兰的标准体系相对繁杂,并且具有行业的特殊要求,如何选择合适的标准以及正确经济的选用法兰一直是困扰设计的问题。本文对国内钢制管法兰标准体系进行了系统的介绍,针对目前现行标准的法兰类型和密封面型式、法兰材料进行了对比分析,并对法兰的选用以及法兰和垫片、紧固件的合理配合方法进行了说明。Steel pipe flange has been widely used in all walks of life in China,but the domestic standard system of steel pipe flange is relatively complicated and has special requirements of the industry.How to choose the appropriate standard and the correct and economical selection of flange has always been a problem in design.This paper systematically introduces the domestic standard system of steel pipe flange,compares and analyzes the flange types,sealing surface types and flange materials of current standards,and explains the selection of flange and the reasonable matching method of flange,gasket and fastener.
