摘　　要：小儿脾常不足,喂养失司,或疾病所伤,食而不化,发为食积。虽属脾系病症,但孙丽平教授认为食积日久可形成内热证,从而诱发多种儿科疾病。并注重先天禀赋异常与后天失养共同导致的体质变化。本文从小儿生理病理特点、阴阳学说、五行学说和体质学说出发,结合孙丽平教授30余年临证经验,探究小儿因“食”致病的病因病机,因“热”传变的疾病转归,以“望”可知的诊断经验,以“消”除病的治疗方法。针对因食积所致的腹痛、咳嗽、哮喘、抽动障碍提供新的“异病同治”诊疗思路。The function of the spleen in children is often insufficient,and improper feeding,or disease damage may cause the fact that food can't be digested,which is food accumulation。Although it is a disease of the spleen,Professor Sun Liping believes that long time of food accumulation can form internal heat syndrome,thereby inducing a variety of pediatric diseases.Attention should be paid to the physical changes caused by congenital abnormality and acquired dystrophy.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,Yin and Yang theory,five-element theory and constitution theory,and through combination with more than 30 years of clinical experience of Professor Sun Liping,this paper explores the etiology and pathogenesis of children's diseases caused by"food",the disease outcome transformed by"heat",the diagnosis experience from"observation",and the treatment method by"elimination".A new line of thinking of"same treatment for different diseases"is provided for the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pain,cough,asthma and tic disorders caused by food accumulation.
