摘　　要：小儿鼻鼽是儿童常见鼻部疾病。历代中医各家对其病因病机有较广泛探讨,本文就小儿鼻鼽从虚、从寒论治文献源流进行梳理。指出外寒致病为鼻鼽常见病因,其反复发作根源在于肺、脾、肾三脏虚损,病机涉及肺气虚寒,卫防不固;肾阳亏虚,失于温煦;脾胃虚弱,清阳不升,故发为鼻鼽。同时,进一步对徐氏儿科扶阳理论及应用等内容进行探讨,期望能为临床实践带来一定的帮助。Pediatric rhinitis is a common nasal disorder in children.TCM practitioners throughout history have extensively discussed its etiology and pathogenesis.This article traces the literature and historical origins of treatment for pediatric rhinitis from the perspectives of deficiency and cold syndromes.It is pointed out that external cold is a common cause.The root cause of its recurrence is the deficiency and damage of the lungs,spleen and kidneys.The pathogenesis involves lung-qi deficiency and coldness,leading to insufficient defense of the exterior;kidney-yang deficiency results in a lack of warmth and nourishment;spleen and stomach weakness leads to the failure of ascending clear yang;all of the above factors contribute to the development of pediatric rhinitis.Additionally,the article delves into Xu's pediatrics theory of supporting yang and its application,aiming to provide assistance for clinical practice.
