摘  要:某船锅炉出现水位自动控制故障,文章通过检查、测试、分析,确定为气动差压变送器故障。在船上不具备专用压力信号发生器的情况下,按照零点初调、迁移粗调、参考水位整定、迁移细调、零点细调、量程调整的顺序,调整差压变送器的零点、量程、零点迁移,最终排除故障。In the case of water level automatic control failure of a ship boiler,this paper conducts the inspection,test,and analysis,and determines it as a failure of the pneumatic differential pressure transmiter.Without a pressure signal generator on the ship,this paper adjusted the zero point,range,and zero point migration of the differential pressure transmitter in the sequence of initial adjustment of zero point,coarse adjustment of migration,reference water level setting,fine adjustment of migration,fine adjustment of zero point,and range adjustment,and finally eliminated the failure.
