船舶海水管系蝶阀失效分析

摘  要:文章通过建立蝶阀服役环境模型,分析蝶阀腐蚀失效部位环境,对破断失效蝶阀阀杆进行化学分析、宏观分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析、金相分析。结果表明:蝶阀所处海水管路局部潮汐环境加速蝶阀腐蚀;发生腐蚀断裂的阀杆屈强比较小,易发生塑性变形,变形区域晶界错位加快阀杆腐蚀速度,导致阀杆断裂,蝶阀失效;积液面上层区域为易发生腐蚀区域;阀杆断面附近基体以点腐蚀及全面腐蚀为主,腐蚀与含氯介质有关;较多碳化物影响马氏体不锈钢阀杆抗腐蚀性能。This paper built a service environment model of the butterfly valve to analyze the environment of the corrosion failure location of the butterfly valve.It conducted the chemical analysis,the macroscopic analysis,the scanning electron microscope analysis,energy spectrum analysis,and metallographic analysis of the broken butterfly valve rod are carried out.The results show that the local tidal environment in the seawater pipeline accelerates the corrosion of the butterfly valve.The valve stem with corrosion fracture has a relatively small strength and is prone to plastic deformation.The dislocation of grain boundaries in the deformation area accelerates the corrosion rate of the valve stem,resulting in the valve stem fracture and butterfly valve failure.The upper part of the liquid accumulation surface is prone to corrosion.The matrix near the fracture surface of the valve stem mainly suffers from point corrosion and overall corrosion,and the corrosion is related to the chlorine-containing medium.More carbides affect the corrosion resistance of martensitic stainless steel stems.
