某船用柴油机排温异常故障分析及处理

摘  要:为解决某船用柴油机排温异常故障,并减少对柴油机性能及使用寿命的影响,文章对柴油机开展喷油器拆检换新,更换新活塞环、缸套和活塞清除积碳,更换新机油,空冷器拆检清洗,冷却水泵拆检换新及对旧机油油样送检。结果表明,排温过高是由于机油品质差、空冷器堵塞引起的,经过检修后排温异常问题得到解决。检修后排气温度降低了16.5%,烟度降低了23.47%,爆压提高了9.6%,油耗降低了9.57%,柴油机性能得到改善。To solve the abnormal temperature rise problem of a diesel engine on a certain ship,and reduce its impact on the performance and lifespan of the engine,this paper introduced the following procedures:dismantling and replacing the injectors,replacing piston rings,cylinder liners,and cleaning carbon deposits from the pistons,replacing the engine oil,dismantling and cleaning the air cooler,dismantling and replacing the cooling water pump,and sending samples of the old engine oil for analysis.The results indicated that the high exhaust temperature was caused by poor oil quality and blockage in the air cooler.After maintenance,the problem of the abnormal temperature rise was resolved.After maintenance,the exhaust temperature decreased by 16.5%,smoke opacity decreased by 23.47%,brake means effective pressure increased by 9.6%,and fuel consumption decreased by 9.57%,indicating an enhancement in the diesel engine's performance.
