摘　　要：氧化是滑油衰变的主要因素,而油液衰变是引发设备机械磨损等事故征兆的根源,文章以某船用柴油机滑油氧化故障为例,分析滑油理化性能,从源头发现并解决装备故障,消除油品污染和衰变造成的有害影响,从而达到主动性维修的目标。Oxidation is the primary factor contributing to the decay of lubricating oil,and oil decay is the root cause of mechanical wear and other incidents in equipment.Taking the example of faults caused by lubricating oil oxidation in a marine diesel engine,this paper analyzed the physicochemical properties of lubricating oil,identified the root cause,and resolved equipment faults.It eliminated the harmful efects caused by oil contamination and decay,thereby achieving the goal of proactive maintenance.
