半潜平台上部组块底部大滑轮安装技术分析

摘  要:浮式半潜平台立管提升安装时需要定滑轮辅助,陵水17-2半潜平台项目立管安装的辅助滑轮设计在上部组块的底部,因为滑轮的就位位置在组块立柱环板的附近,该位置与组块建造时底部滑靴干涉,导致滑轮建造阶段无法安装。针对该问题,文章对大滑轮的安装进行研究分析,通过辅助工装和路径模拟,建造阶段先把滑轮临时固定在就位位置附近,组块和船体大合龙后通过坦克车和钢丝绳把大滑轮迁移到就位位置,最后通过倒链把大滑轮安装就位,保证了项目的按时完工。The auxiliary pulley for the riser installation of the floating semi-submersible platform in the Lingshui 17-2 semi-submersible platform project is at the bottom of the upper module.Because the positioning position of the pulley is near the block column ring plate,the position interferes with the bottom skid during the construction of the module,causing failure in the installation of the pulley during the construction stage.To solve this problem,this paper studied and analyzed the installation of the large pulley.Through the use of auxiliary tooling and path simulation,this paper proposed the following procedures for the construction:fixing the pulleys temporarily near the position;moving the large pulleys to the position by tank vehicle and steel wire rope after the closure of the module and the hull;finally,installing the large pulleys in place by using chain blocks,ensuring the timely completion of the project.
