摘 要:浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)作为深远海油气开发的重要装备,负责原油的加工、储存和转运,还为船上人员提供生活和工作的环境。其中,厨房作为重要的生活区域,其暖通系统设计至关重要。文章基于某新型FPSO厨房暖通系统的设计过程,结合显热系数焓湿图作图法,优化了FPSO厨房暖通系统的设计要点,包括通风、温度控制和能源管理,旨在优化FPSO项目的高效和安全运营。As important equipment for offshore oil and gas development,floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)is used not only for the processing,storing,and transporting of crude oil but also for providing comfortable living and working environments for constructors on board.Among them,the galley is an important living area,whose heating,ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)system design is crucial.Based on the design of a new type of HVAC system for FPSO galley,and combined with sensible heat factor psychrometric chart mapping method,this paper optimized the design method of the HVAC system,including the ventilation,temperature control,and energy management,aiming to provide references for the efficient and safe operation of FPSO projects.
