摘  要:文章主要以某4万t举力浮船坞为例,分析了大型浮船坞浮箱端部可拆式延伸甲板设计时需满足的规范标准和布置时需考虑的因素,阐述了延伸甲板的载荷分布,重点研究了可拆式结构和典型节点设计的特点。研究表明:浮箱端部可拆式延伸甲板的设计和布置可对大型浮船坞的使用性能产生很大的影响,对其优化可以充分提升大型浮船坞的综合性能。Taking a 40000 ton lifting capacity floating dock as a main example,this paper analyzed the specifications and standards that need to be met and the factors that need to be considered during the design and arrangement of the detachable extended deck for the pontoon of a large floating dock.This paper expounded on the load distribution of the extended deck,with a focus on the characteristics of the detachable structure and the design of typical joints.The study results show that the arrangement and design of the detachable extended deck for the pontoon can have a significant impact on the operational performance of the large floating dock,and optimization of the arrangement and design can fully improve the comprehensive performance of the large floating dock.
