过街楼空间在超高层建筑中的实践评述

摘　　要：过街楼作为一种建筑类型和设计原型,通过横向关联生长,创造了“孔洞”“秩序”“一体”等形态语汇,广泛应用于超高层建筑设计中。本文通过结合过街楼空间属性特征、设计原理和方法体系,尝试从设计方法、空间认识、实践效果3个维度分析当代代表性的超高层建筑,总结出其设计的共性与个性。研究表明,在以组团式为代表的超高层建筑在设计中通过置入具备连接属性的过街楼空间,能够显著提升建筑整体空间的秩序性、流动性、便捷性和适用性。此类过街楼空间的利用方式对于今天中国乃至世界的建筑设计和城市空间规划均具有重要的参考价值。As a type of building and design prototype,the passage house creates morphological vocabulary such as holes,order,and unity through horizontal correlation growth,and is widely used in the design of super high-rise buildings.This article attempts to analyze the contemporary representative super high-rise buildings from three dimensions:design methods,spatial awareness,and practical effects,by combining the attribute characteristics,design principles,and method system of the connecting space of the passage house.It summarizes the commonalities and individualities of their designs.Research has shown that in the design of super high rise buildings,represented by clustered structures,the inclusion of passage houses with connectivity properties can significantly enhance the overall spatial order,fluidity,convenience,and applicability of the building.Research suggests that the utilization of connecting spaces in such passage houses has important reference value for architectural design and urban spatial planning in China and even the world today.
