摘 要:就地热再生是一种预防性养护技术,能够在保证节约、高效、优质的基础上,实现环保目标,打造低碳经济道路,延长公路寿命,提升路面性能。针对粤北地区冬季低温导致施工难的问题,结合某高速公路就地热再生工程,对旧沥青路面混合料进行室内试验研究和工后检测,通过添加温拌剂确定可降低的摊铺温度及各档材料的掺配比例。结果表明,温拌型就地热再生摊铺温度可降低至125℃;且该温度条件下,芯样压实度可达到95.0%,同时具有良好的路用性能,为该技术在低温环境条件下的推广应用提供实践经验。The hot in-place regeneration is a preventive maintenance technology,which can achieve the goal of environmental protection,on the basis of ensuring saving,high efficiency and high quality,build a low-carbon economic road,extend the life of the road,and improve the road performance.In view of the problem of construction difficulties caused by low temperatures in winter in northern Guangdong,combined with the hot in-place regeneration project of an expressway,indoor experimental research and post construction testing were conducted on the old asphalt pavement mixture,and the reduced spreading temperature and the mixing ratio of various materials were determined by adding warm mixing agent.The test results show that the warm mix type hot in-place regeneration paving temperature can be reduced to 125℃.Under this temperature condition,the core sample compaction degree can reach 95.0%,which has good road performance,providing practical experience for the application of this technology in low temperature environment.
