摘  要:为解决传统的无损检测方法如回弹法、超声法等存在设备水损、数据精度差、难评估的问题。文中基于传统回弹法测强原理,设计水下无损检测装置,并通过试验验证其性能,进一步提炼适配的水下作业测强曲线。结果表明,装置水下作业时防水性能完善,并且所拟合测强曲线的2个误差指标:强度平均相对误差δ=9.13≤12,强度相对标准差e_(r)=11.61≤14,满足JGJ/T 23-2011《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》对专用测强曲线的精度要求。In the context of underwater concrete strength testing,traditional non-destructive testing methods such as rebound method and ultrasonic method suffer from issues such as water damage to equipment and poor data accuracy,making assessment challenging.In view of these challenges,a water-submersible non-destructive testing device based on the principles of the traditional rebound method is proposed,and its performance is validated through experimental design.Furthermore,a refined underwater strength measurement curve is derived.Experimental results indicate that the device exhibits excellent waterproof performance during underwater operations.The two error indicators for the fitted strength measurement curve,namely the average relative errorδ=9.13≤12 and the relative standard deviation e_(r)=11.61≤14,meet the accuracy requirements specified in the“Technical Specifications for Concrete Compressive Strength Testing Using the Rebound Method”(JGJ/T 23-2011)for specialized strength measurement curves.
