摘　　要：在高速公路改扩建工程中由于道路断面的扩容提升需对跨线天桥进行拆旧换新,采用常规施工方案会严重影响既有道路的正常通行。文中依托沈海高速广东开阳段改扩建工程,基于车载装备的桥梁整体驮运移除与安装施工工法,以交通影响最小为设计原则,提出适用于车载装备整孔快速安装的钢混组合梁结构体系及其建造方案,以实现高速公路跨线钢混组合梁桥3 h以内的快速移运安装。In the reconstruction and expansion project of expressway,due to the expansion and improvement of road section,it is necessary to dismantle the old and replace the new overpass.The conventional construction scheme will seriously affect the normal traffic of the existing road.Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Kaiyang section of Shenyang-Haikou Expressway in Guangdong Province,the steel-concrete composite beam structure system and its construction method suitable for the rapid installation of the whole hole of the vehicle equipment was put forward,by using the construction method of removing and installing the bridge as a whole with vehicle equipment.Based on the design principle of the minimum traffic impact,it is realized the rapid transportation and installation of the cross-line steel-concrete composite beam bridge within 3 hours.
