摘 要:为探究静电除尘(ESP)技术对降低环境敏感区隧道内污染物排放浓度的实际效果,以厦门海沧隧道为工程依托,将顶部净化站及风机式微孔静电除尘器应用于通风系统中,对应用前、后的烟尘颗粒(PM2.5及PM10)浓度进行现场测试。结果表明,ESP技术的应用使得隧道排烟口处PM2.5及PM10平均浓度降低至标准限值以内,应用前、后的污染物浓度降幅分别为71.8%,79.8%;若隧道中货车数量大幅增长,通过增大静电除尘设备功率代替传统通风量稀释方案,可有效降低能耗;ESP技术可从本质上消除隧道内悬浮颗粒、提高空气质量,在海沧隧道中的应用效果良好。In order to explore the practical effect of electrostatic precipitation(ESP)technology on reducing the pollutant emission concentration in environmentally sensitive tunnels areas,based on the Haicang tunnel project in Xiamen,the top purification station and fan type micro-porous electrostatic precipitator were applied to the ventilation system,and the concentration of soot particles(PM2.5 and PM10)before and after the application of ESP were tested on site.The results show that the application of ESP technology reduces the average concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 at the tunnel exhaust outlet to within the standard limit,and the pollutant concentrations before and after the application is decreased by 71.8%and 79.8%,If the number of trucks in the tunnel increases significantly,by increasing the power of electrostatic precipitator instead of the traditional ventilation volume dilution program,can effectively reduce energy consumption;ESP technology can essentially eliminate suspended particles in the tunnel,improve air quality,in the Haicang Tunnel in the application of good results..
