摘 要:再生骨料通过回收建筑垃圾制备,减少了对天然资源的依赖。土凝岩作为一种低碳胶凝材料,可减少混凝土生产中的二氧化碳排放。但再生骨料的低强度和土凝岩的胶结弱性有待解决。研究以脱氮假单胞菌为微生物矿化菌种,探究反硝化细菌矿化反应对再生骨料物理性能的影响及矿化处理后土凝岩再生骨料混凝土的性能提升。结果表明,矿化处理可增加再生骨料表观密度,降低吸水率和压碎指标;凝岩掺量为12%时,混凝土7,14,28 d的抗压强度分别提升211%,177%,179%,抗折强度分别提升470.0%,241.7%,208.3%。养护期越长,凝岩掺量越多,矿化效果越明显。Recycled aggregates are prepared by recycling construction waste,which reduces the dependence on natural resources.Soil Solidification Rock,as a low-carbon cementitious material,can reduce carbon dioxide emissions in concrete production.However,the low strength of recycled aggregates and the weak cementation of Soil Solidification Rock need to be addressed.In this study,pseudomonas denitrificans was used as a microbial mineralization strain to investigate the effect of denitrifying bacteria mineralization reaction on the physical properties of recycled aggregates and the performance enhancement of soil solidification rock recycled aggregate concrete after mineralization treatment.The results showed that the mineralization treatment could increase the apparent density of recycled aggregate and reduce the water absorption and crushing index.When the mixing amount of tuff was 12%,the compressive strength of concrete at 7 days,14 days and 28 days was improved by 211%,177%and 179%,respectively,and the flexural strength was improved by 470.0%,241.7%and 208.3%,respectively.The longer the curing period,the more the dosage of concretions,and the more obvious the mineralization effect.
