摘  要:文中设计了一种基于阶梯阻抗谐振器(SIR)及短截线的宽阻带滤波开关,通过调控加载在馈电线的PIN二极管实现了滤波开关的状态切换。在关闭状态下,PIN二极管导通,设计了耦合系数为零的馈电线与谐振器耦合结构,有效提升了端口之间的隔离度;在打开状态下,PIN二极管断开,通过调节SIR的阻抗比,将杂散频率响应移至远离基频通带处,进一步在输入输出馈电线上加载对称的短截线来抑制第一杂散响应,并利用谐振器之间的耦合结构抑制第二杂散响应,这样在实现宽阻带的同时,避免了电路中引入额外损耗。测试结果表明,滤波开关在关闭状态下,端口之间的隔离度大于29 dB;在打开状态下,通带中心频率f A为2.4 GHz,带内插入损耗为1.2 dB,在3.2 GHz~11.9 GHz(4.9 f_(A))时获得了优于20 dB的抑制效果,实现了宽阻带抑制。In this paper,a wide stopband filtering switch based on stepped impedence resonator(SIR)and stub line is designed.The state switching of the filtering switch is realized by regulating the PIN diode loaded on the feeding line.In the off-state,the PIN diode is on and the coupling structure between the feeding line and the resonator is designed with a coupling coefficient of zero,which effectively improves the isolation degree between the ports.In the open-state,when the PIN diode is disconnected,the stray frequency response is further removed from the fundamental frequency passband by adjusting the impedance ratio of the SIR,and the symmetrical stub lines are further loaded on the input and output feeding lines to suppress the first stray response,and the coupling structure between the resonators is used to suppress the second stray response,so as to achieve a wide stopband and avoid introducing additional loss into the circuit.The test results show that the isolation degree between ports is greater than 29 dB when the filtering switch is in the off-state.In the open-state,the passband center frequency f A is 2.4 GHz,the in-band insertion loss is 1.2 dB,and the suppression effect is better than 20 dB in 3.2 GHz~11.9 GHz(4.9 f_(A)),and the wide stopband suppression is realized.
