摘 要:质能比拟优化方法是一种质量交换网络综合新方法,该方法将质量交换网络比拟为变量尺度更大的广义换热网络,有效提升结构匹配多样性和全局优化性能。然而,广义换热网络的变量尺度(求解域)和优化路径分别由质能比拟比例尺和算法进化参数决定,因而该方法的优化性能受制于广义换热网络的进化参数与质能比拟比例尺的适配性。因此,提出一种比拟与进化协同的质能比拟优化方法,首先分析质能比拟比例尺对优化过程连续变量和整型变量的影响;在此基础上建立质能比拟比例尺与强制进化随机游走算法进化参数协同策略,保证其对提升质量交换网络结构多样性和全局优化质量的效能;最后将该方法应用于R5S3(空气除氨算例),得到年度综合费用为126122美元/a的MEN(质量交换网络)结构,相较于最优文献网络结构费用降低1.32%,证明了策略的有效性。Mass-heat analogy optimization method is a new synthesis method of mass exchanger network,which analogizes mass exchanger network to generalized heat exchanger network with larger variable scale,and effectively improves the diversity of structure matching and global optimization performance.However,the variable scale(solution domain)and optimization path of the generalized heat exchanger network are determined by the mass-heat analogy scale and the algorithm evolution parameters respectively,so the optimization performance of the method is limited by the adaptation of the generalized heat exchanger network evolution parameters and the mass-heat analogy scale.Therefore,a mass-heat analogy optimization method was proposed,which was synergistic with evolution.Firstly,the effects of mass-heat analogy scale on continuous variables and integer variables were analyzed.On this basis,a collaborative parameter evolution strategy of mass-heat analogy scale and random walk algorithm with compulsive evolution algorithms was established to ensure its effectiveness in improving the diversity of mass exchanger network structure and global optimization quality.Finally,the proposed method was applied to R5S3(example of air ammonia removal),and the total annual cost of MEN(mass exchanger network)structure was 126122$/a,which was 1.32%lower than that of the optimal literature network structure,proving the effectiveness of the strategy.
