二正丙胺-水部分互溶体系汽液相平衡数据的测定与关联

摘  要:二正丙胺是一种重要的有机合成原料和中间体,二正丙胺-水二元部分互溶体系汽液相平衡数据是分离提纯二正丙胺必不可少的基础数据。采用浊度法测定了二正丙胺-水体系在303.15—360.85 K液液相平衡数据。实验结果表明:从303.15 K到360.85 K,二正丙胺在100 g水中的溶解度仅为0.4335—3.275 g,而水在100 g二正丙胺中的溶解度为10.47—40.96 g,该体系是互溶度较小的体系。采用改进的Partt釜测定了恒压下(101.3 kPa)二正丙胺-水二元部分互溶体系的汽液相平衡数据,并经Herrington热力学一致性检验表明,所测得的汽液平衡数据是可靠的。通过Aspen用NRTL活度系数模型关联了该体系汽液相平衡数据,回归得到模型参数与温度之间的关系。与实验数据相比较,用NRTL模型预测的汽相组成摩尔分数相对平均偏差为8.2%,温度平均偏差为0.22 K,预测结果与实验值吻合良好。Dipropylamine is an important organic synthesis raw material and intermediate.The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the partially miscible system of dipropylamine-water is an essential basic data for the separation and purification of dipropylamine.The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of the dipropylamine-water system in the range of 303.15-360.85 K were determined by the turbidimetric method.The experimental results show that the solubility of dipropylamine in 100 g water is only 0.4335-3.275 g while the solubility of water in 100 g dipropylamine is 10.47-40.96 g,indicating that this system has relatively low mutual solubility.Vapor-liquid equilibrium of the dipropylamine-water binary system under pressure of 101.3 kPa was investigated with an improved Partt still.The Herrington thermodynamic consistency test shows that the experimental data is reliable.Binary interaction parameters of NRTL equation were presented using Aspen and the relationship between model parameters and temperature was regressed.Compared with experimental data,the relative average deviation of vapor molar fraction predicted by the NRTL model is 8.2%,and the average temperature deviation is 0.22 K.The predicted results agree well with the experimental values.
