摘  要:基于干法水泥生产系统的富氧燃烧结合CO_(2)回掺工艺,对N_(2)/O_(2)和CO_(2)/O_(2)2种气氛下C1旋风预热器中的流场分别进行数值模拟研究,对比气流场分布情况、气固分离效率和气固换热效果。研究表明:2种工况下气流场基本一致,但CO_(2)/O_(2)气氛下流场中的整体速度更高,阻力损失也更大;N_(2)/O_(2)和CO_(2)/O_(2)工况下气固分离效率几乎不变,分别为93.45%和93.67%;CO_(2)/O_(2)工况下气固换热效果低于N_(2)/O_(2)工况,气固温差由58 K增至69 K。Based on oxygen-enriched combustion in dry cement production system combined with CO_(2)back mixing process,the flow field in C1 cyclone preheater under N_(2)/O_(2)and CO_(2)/O_(2)atmospheres was numerically simulated,and the distribution of flow field,gas-solid separation efficiency and gas-solid heat transfer effect were compared.The results show that the flow field under the two working conditions is basically the same,but the overall velocity and resistance loss in CO_(2)/O_(2)atmosphere are higher.Under N_(2)/O_(2)and CO_(2)/O_(2)conditions,the gas-solid separation efficiency is almost unchanged,which is 93.45%and 93.67%,respectively.The heat transfer effect under CO_(2)/O_(2)condition is lower than that under N_(2)/O_(2)condition,and the gas-solid temperature difference increases from 58 K to 69 K.
