摘  要:基于流程再造等理论,结合医院信息化建设相关要求,运用ECRS分析方法,对XK医院智慧出入院流程的各个环节进行梳理和优化,建立了“通知即入院”“出区即出院”的全新服务模式。智慧出入院服务模式的应用实现了医疗资源的优化配置,将业务单元前移,促进了部门间的有效沟通,提高了出入院业务办理效率,提升了患者满意度。Based on the theory of process reengineering,combined with the relevant requirements of hospital information construction,this study used ECRS analysis method to sort out and optimize all aspects of XK hospital's intelligent admission and discharge process,and established the new service mode of"admission upon notification"and"discharge upon leaving the designated area".The application of the intelligent admission and discharge service mode realized the optimal allocation of medical resources,moved the business unit forward,promoted effective communication between departments,enhanced the handling efficiency of admission and discharge business,and improved patient satisfaction.
