摘　　要：临床诊疗中心建设是儿童专科医院高质量发展的重要路径。梳理了儿童专科医院临床诊疗中心的功能定位,总结了浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院临床诊疗中心的建设与管理实践举措,包括建立一体化管理体系、优化诊疗服务、集中科研攻关等。未来,医院需持续优化临床诊疗中心配套管理体系,强化辐射与引领作用,深化科研转化平台建设。The construction of clinical diagnosis and treatment center is an important path for the high-quality development of children's hospitals.The functional orientation of the clinical diagnosis and treatment center of the children's hospitals was sorted out,and the management practice measures of the clinical diagnosis and treatment center of the Children's Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine were summarized,including the establishment of integrated management system,optimization of diagnosis and treatment services,and centralized scientific research.In the future,hospitals need to continuously optimize the matching management systems of clinical diagnosis and treatment centers,strengthen the radiation and leading role,and deepen the construction of scientific research transformation platform.
