摘 要:目的梳理美国护理人员质量管理工具培训现状,为健全我国护理人员质量管理工具培训体系提供参考。方法文献回顾法。结果美国护理人员质量管理工具培训体系成熟,培训目标关注知识和技能水平以及变革管理能力,培训模式分为专项培训、综合培训、项目为导向的工具培训,培训方式包括线下授课、线上教学、体验式学习、游戏化教学,培训内容涵盖基础质量管理工具、安全管理、数据分析与质量监控、领导力与团队协作,培训效果评价包括过程评价和结果评价(即时效果、长期效果)。结论应加强政府支持与多方协作,将质量管理工具培训纳入护理教育课程体系,强化理论与临床实践的深度融合,加强集成式信息化培训平台构建,有效落实基层护理人员质量管理工具培训,同时基于临床实际需求建立培训反馈机制。Objective To summarize the training status of quality management tools for nursing staff in the United States,and to provide reference for improving the training system of quality management tools for nursing staff in China.Methods Literature review.Results The training system of quality management tools for nursing staff in the United States was mature.The training objectives focused on the level of knowledge and skills and the ability of change management.The training mode was divided into special training,comprehensive training and project-oriented tool training.The training methods included offline teaching,online teaching,experiential learning and gamification teaching.The training content covered basic quality management tools,safety management,data analysis and quality monitoring,leadership and teamwork.The training effect evaluation included process evaluation and result evaluation(immediate effect and long-term effect).Conclusion We should strengthen government support and multi-party collaboration,integrate quality management tools training into the nursing education curriculum system,strengthen the deep integration of theory and clinical practice,strengthen the construction of integrated information training platform,effectively implement the training of quality management tools for grassroots nursing staff,and establish a training feedback mechanism based on clinical actual needs.
