摘  要:目的 研究高频超声联合神经电生理检查在腕管综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择2020年1月至2020年12月在黄河三门峡医院就诊的60例腕管综合征患者及同期60名体检的健康人群,进行高频超声、神经电生理检查,以临床诊断为金标准,分析高频超声、神经电生理检查及两者联合检查在腕管综合征诊断中应用价值。结果 高频超声、神经电生理检查二者联合诊断结果与临床诊断结果的Kappa值为0.983。高频超声、神经电生理检查二者联合诊断腕管综合征的灵敏度、准确度高于二者单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高频超声与神经电生理检查在腕管综合征的临床诊断中均具有一定的应用价值,两者联合可提升诊断价值。Objective To study the application value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with neuroelectrophysiological examination in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with carpal tunnel syndrome who were treated at Sanmenxia Hospital of the Yellow River from January 2020 to December 2020 and 60 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected to undergo high-frequency ultrasound and neuroelectrophysiological examinations.The clinical diagnosis was used as the gold standard,and the application value of high-frequency ultrasound,neuroelectrophysiological examination,and their combination examination in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome was analyzed.Results The Kappa value of the combined diagnosis of high-frequency ultrasound and neuroelectrophysiological examination was 0.983.The sensitivity and accuracy were higher than those of the two alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both high-frequency ultrasound and neuroelectrophysiological examination have certain application value in the clinical diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome,and the combination of the two can enhance the diagnostic value.
