摘  要:建立了气相色谱(GC)法快速测定烟用滤棒中水分含量的分析方法。采用异丙醇-乙醇内标溶剂体系,以乙醇为内标、异丙醇为萃取试剂,通过气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)检测,在恒温恒湿环境条件下进行振荡萃取处理的分析途径,与已实施的行业标准方法进行了对比。结果表明,该方法的定量限为0.043 mg/mL,加标回收率为98.68%,变异系数为2.06%,同时该方法分析时间短、萃取溶液消耗量少、结果准确可靠,适合于烟用滤棒中水分含量的快速测定。A rapid method for determination of moisture content in cigarette filter was established by GC method,which characteristic was that adoptsing an isopropanol ethanol internal standard solvent system,with ethanol as the internal standard and isopropanol as the extraction reagent,detected by gas chromatography thermal conductivity detector(GC-TCD)and subjected to oscillatory extraction treatment under constant temperature and humidity environmental conditions.The test results of the developed method were compared with those measured using tobacco industry standard method,showed that the limit of quantitation,recoveries,relative standard deviations(RSD)of the developed method were 0.043 mg/mL,98.68%,2.06%,respectively.At the same time,this method had the advantages of short analysis time,low consumption of extraction solution,accurate and reliable results,suitable for rapid determination of moisture content in cigarette filter.
