摘  要:建立QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤和4-氯苯氧乙酸含量的分析方法。样品以乙腈为提取溶剂,加入氯化钠、无水硫酸镁、C18粉末脱水净化。采用电喷雾负离子扫描模式,多反应监测。6-苄基腺嘌呤和4-氯苯氧乙酸的质量浓度为0~0.20μg/mL时有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,平均回收率为88.9%~91.8%,相对标准偏差为6.43%~9.29%。6-苄基腺嘌呤方法定量限为0.010μg/g,4-氯苯氧乙酸方法定量限为0.010μg/g。该方法定性定量快速、稳定性高、再现性好,完全满足2种药物的检测分析。Established an analytical method for the determination of 6-Benzylaminopurine and 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid content in bean sprouts using QuEChERS ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The sample was extracted using acetonitrile as the solvent,and sodium chloride,anhydrous magnesium sulfate,and C18 powder were added for dehydration and purification.Electrospray negative ion scanning mode was adopted for multi reaction monitoring.There was a good linear relationship between 6-Benzylaminopurine and 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid in the range of 0~0.20μg/mL,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The average recovery rate was 88.9%~91.8%,and the relative standard deviation was 6.43%~9.29%.The quantitative limit of 6-Benzylaminopurine method was 0.010μg/g,and the quantitative limit of 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid method was 0.010μg/g.This method was characterized by fast qualitative and quantitative analysis,high stability,and good reproducibility,fully meeting the requirements for the detection and analysis of two drugs.
